Specifically, we talked about the significant amount of churn in Telecom and how it was being communicated through social media. We also discussed how social media presents both an opportunity and threat to the telecom industry as it relates to customer retention and acquisition.
Here at LeadSift, we enjoy running little experiments. For example, we ran an experiment to get a better idea of the automotive social media landscape and have since done another.
