There is a big difference between a sales development rep (SDR) who makes it through the day, and one who smashes quotas, brings fresh ideas to the table and is on the forefront of new technology – all while making it home for dinner every night.

The best SDRs have daily, weekly, quarterly and weekly goals, and they stick to them. They are extremely organized, using their calendar and to-do list like a pro. And they are always focused, pushing away distractions and aiming for the bullseye. They’re superheros, but without the cape.
